Winter months are a wonderful time to connect with one crystal at a time and reflect on their energy. Winter can have a stillness to it that allows for deeper noticing.
I gave myself a crystal card reading to select my first crystal to work with in 2023. (if you would like to give yourself a card reading, I have instructions here.) I’m delighted that Bloodstone came up for me!

Bloodstone
Bloodstone connects with the internal vigor of our entire physical body. It is a crystal of vitality and stamina. It also supports us in having the courage to act upon what is in our heart. It grounds us into our physical body and reassures us that we have the strength to face any obstacles.
