They will tell me all about what is happening with their energy, their body, their living situation, their love life, or their work life - anything that is impacting their energetic body. I will make concrete suggestions about how they can shift and manage their energy.

Tools I offer to clients may include: crystal recommendations, essential oils, activities that support chakra health and balancing, and foods to support energetic health.
